Shipping Policy


To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.


Order Shipping

We provide FREE worldwide* standard shipping. All our products including lightsabers and accessories are shipped free of charge.
* Unfortunately, due to various factors such as regulations and rates we cannot ship to some locations. They include but are not limited to Some remote areas of Spain (Las Palmas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Some areas of Israel, and Iceland.





All orders are subject to separate processing time and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfilment centre by the applicable carrier. Depending on several factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.



The estimated shipping period is 7-10 business days

This is our standard shipping time to all locations. However, in most cases, your order will arrive quicker.


Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company's responsibility.





We will start working on your order as soon as you submit it. Therefore it's very unlikely that we can change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it happen. Please note that once your order has been shipped, there is a fee to change the shipping address. Please keep that in mind before placing your order!




If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that the carrier delivered your package, but you have not received it, you must contact us within ten days to file a claim。

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.



We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each product may be shipped from different fulfilment centres across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.

International customers are responsible for paying import taxes or duties

International customers, please be advised that most countries have an import process that includes a customs inspection, and for most countries, an import tax may be charged to recipients of goods from abroad. Be sure to check your tracking number when you get our shipping confirmation email in a few weeks and to keep an eye on its progress in case your country requires you to pay an import tax to pick up your goods, or to have them delivered.
