Refund Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

 

How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of the item's delivery to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days after the delivery date. Returns postmarked after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

 

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

When your return is accepted, you will have to send your item back at your own cost and follow our instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How Do I Make A Return?

1. First contact us via email with the subject "Apply for a Refund" and include your order number

2. Please provide the following pictures for the email content: the product, tool, instruction manual, and packaging. All the materials that came with the original shipping.

3. We will review your information and decide whether to approve it within 48 hours.

4. After approval, we will provide you with a return address. You need to pack everything and ship it.

5. Then please send the shipping order number to our email.

 

Can I Still Return The items If It Is Used Or Damaged?

The returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition. 

 

Non-Returnable Items

1. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Important Notice

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide.

2. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.

 

Refunds

1. For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your purchase date.

 

 

Warranty

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a One Year full warranty on all our products. If you have any problems with your saber within the first One Year of receiving your order, we will repair or replace your saber free of charge. If your warranty period expires, we will still receive parts from us for repair at a separate cost.

 

Change and cancellation
We will start working on your order as soon as you submit it. Therefore it's very unlikely that we can change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it happen. Please note that once your order has been shipped, there is a fee to change the shipping address. Please keep that in mind before placing your order!

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
